In accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data is necessary for contract processing and we cannot complete your order without it. The data collected can be seen in the respective input forms.

After the contract has been completed, your data will be restricted from further processing and deleted after tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we reserve the right to further use the data within the scope permitted by law.

If you voluntarily create a customer account, we collect the personal data required for this purpose. Mandatory fields are marked accordingly. We process your data for the purpose of contract execution and responding to inquiries in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
You may delete your customer account at any time by contacting us or using the delete function in the account. After deletion, your data will be removed unless you have expressly consented to further use.
2.3 Contact
When you contact us (e.g., via contact form, email), we collect the personal data that you voluntarily provide. Mandatory fields are marked accordingly. After your request has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless further use has been expressly consented.
3. DATA PROCESSING FOR SHIPPING
For the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR, we transfer your data to shipping service providers commissioned with delivery.
This also applies to manufacturers or wholesalers when they handle delivery on our behalf (drop-shipping).

4. DATA PROCESSING FOR PAYMENT PROCESSING
4.1 Payment processing
Depending on the selected payment method, we transfer the necessary data for payment processing to payment providers, banks, or technical service providers in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.
If the payment service provider collects the data directly on their site, the privacy notice of the respective provider applies.
4.2 Fraud prevention and payment optimization
We may provide payment service providers with additional information to prevent fraud and optimize payment processes. This serves our legitimate interest under Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.
4.3 Klarna
