Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
You may use the optional model withdrawal form attached, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the standard, least-expensive delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods—whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of wear or damage.
